Shipping and Payment Terms
Germany
Shipping and Packaging Costs:
For orders in the doseplus online shop, we charge a shipping and packaging fee of €7.75 net per packaging unit up to 10 units. These shipments are usually delivered by DHL.
From 11 packaging units onwards, delivery is made by freight forwarder on a Euro pallet at a flat rate of €85.00 net.
Note:
For smaller carton sizes, it may occur for logistical reasons that we ship via DHL despite the flat-rate freight calculation.
International Shipping
All countries except Germany
For international shipping, we work with DHL Express or Dachser Freight Forwarding, depending on the destination.
Countries with flat-rate shipping (Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria):
The flat rates listed in the table below apply. These flat rates are already stored in the shop system and are automatically displayed during the ordering process.
Sample shipments:
For 7 packaging units or more, sample shipments on pallets are included free of charge.
* Note on additional charges:
Island deliveries, special destinations or additional services such as telephone notification may incur additional fees, which are charged separately.
** Countries without flat rates (e.g. Ireland, Italy, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary):
For these countries, we cannot offer uniform flat rates. Especially for orders of 7 packaging units or more, we recommend an individual freight calculation. Please contact our customer service in advance.

Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Germany):
For orders with payment received by 10:00 a.m. and available stock, shipping will usually take place the same working day. Orders after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped on the next working day at the latest.
International Shipping:
For international shipments, delivery times vary by country but usually range between 3–7 working days, depending on transit times.
Freight Forwarding (Dachser):
The same timelines apply to pallet shipments. Delivery times depend on the usual transit times of 3–7 working days depending on the destination country.
Customization/Finishing:
For in-house finishing, we require approx. 10–15 working days production time plus shipping. Express production may be possible, subject to capacity availability and extra charges.
Payment Terms
Payment is due net, without deduction, within 14 days from the invoice date.
For new customers, delivery will generally be made on a prepayment basis until the third order.
We work with a trade credit insurance provider.
If insurance coverage for an order is not possible, we reserve the right to deliver on a prepayment basis.
Pallet Delivery Conditions
Standard Pallets:
Deliveries are made on Euro pallets in technically sound condition.
Pallet Exchange & Ownership:
In Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, and Austria, pallet exchange is agreed upon; only equivalent pallets will be accepted.
In all other countries, pallets will be charged with the freight price and automatically become the property of the customer; pallet exchange is not mandatory there.
Subsequent Collection:
Subsequent collection of pallets is not standard. If requested, additional freight costs will be charged.
Height & Packing Schemes:
The standard pallet height is up to 2.20 m; an overhang of up to 5 cm per side is agreed upon.
Deviations or custom pallet packing schemes require separate arrangements and calculations.
Delivery Times & Equipment:
Deliveries are made during standard business hours. Deviations must be communicated at least 3 days in advance. Additional arrangements may incur extra costs.
Delivery is made by truck at the carrier's discretion. Any special vehicle specifications or unloading aids (e.g. liftgate, pallet jack) must be agreed upon in advance.
Inspection Upon Delivery:
Please check goods upon delivery for completeness and damage.
